"I ordered 5 DVDs. Two of them were defective. So I returned those 2 to them after obtaining a Return Authorization Number (required). It has been 16 days since I returned the 2 DVDs, BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM THEM TILL TONIGHT EVEN THOUGH I SENT THEM AN E-MAIL REMINDER 8 DAYS AGO. I know I lost my money (price of the 2 DVDs + return postage). BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET!!!"
"I ordered 8 DVDs from them, and proceeded to checkout, saw the total (it was the same as the subtotal), and paid. How much? They charged not the amount listed as "total" in the shopping cart, but added the exhorbitant handling fee and the shipping too which were not stated in the shopping cart! Only after submitting the payment I realized that they charged me nearly twice the "total" amount! "

"I made the purchase on Friday (02-03-2006) afternoon.
I received an email confirming my order the same day.
I received another email on Saturday (02-04-2006) providing a tracking number.
Received the DVDs on Friday (02-10-2006).
The service was excellent. Unfortunately, 3 of the DVDs became scratched because they came loose inside the DVD case.
I emailed customer support and they provided me a RMA number the next day.
We'll see how they handle the exchange but so far, I am very pleased with the prompt and excellent customer service.
