Can you give a less than Zero rating! Lied and told me order was shipped when it was backordered!

"I've never had a company so blatantly lie and then be so unapologetic about it. I just want to specifically spotlight Denise in customer service ( it's a joke to call it that) as being especially rude and belligerent.
I would rate this business negative stars if I could.
1/24 I place the order online
1/26 I receive a shipping confirmation email. ( with no tracking number) It was sent regular mail, so I gave them plenty of time for the package to arrive.
2/6 I follow up via email, forwarding them the shipping confirmation email they sent to me. I don't receive a response.
2/7 I speak to customer service and they tell me my order is backordered and that it never shipped???? And then claims not to know when it will arrive, but then follows to say it should be in about a week or so.
The person is completely unapologetic. When I mention that I didn't receive a response to my inquiry via email. She responds rudely and says that it takes up to 48 hours for them to respond. Doesn't seem to care that I didn't receive any updates in between at all.
OF COURSE I NEVER RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL AFTERWARDS EITHER!
2/17 Denise takes my call. Tells me everything is STILL on backorder!!! Constantly interrupts me when I am speaking. When I mention that they told me it would take about a week during my last call, claims that customer service NEVER gives an estimated time frame (EXCEPT THEY DID!!!). When I ask why no one responded to my previous email, she says that a different department handles that and acts as if that reply takes care of that ( no offer to followup... nothing). I cancel the order and ask for a confirmation email. SHE THEN SAYS IT WILL TAKE 24 HOURS to receive the email. I argue with her and ask her to send it sooner (since I have no confidence in her promises at this point). Can you blame me? She then continues to argue rudely and talk over me all and when I repeatedly ask her not to interrupt me she HANGS UP ON ME!
Beware! Take your business elsewhere. These people will not show any accountability. They lie are rude and apologetic. Please don't support a business like this.
By the way, this is the first time in my life I have had to write a review like this.
P.S. the icing on the cake was that it took me 30 minutes to speak to someone on 2/17 (during which the system "dropped" my call 2 times, so that I had to call back a total of 3 times.) Earlier in the day the phone system actually said they had such high call volume that they wouldn't take any calls. This business is a JOKE!
