"I ordered an item on May 8 and expected the product by May 15. Their shipment tracker on their website never showed my order as shipped. I contacted them through email and they told me it was back ordered and would arrive in about a week. I waited for a week and nothing happened. I asked to cancel the order and got no response. On May 31 they responded again saying it would be expedited to me in 4 days. Nothing happened again so I contacted them a couple more times and never received a response.

I checked online for a social media presence to try and speak to anyone about it. There's no Twitter and their Facebook is defunct for over a year. I never received a refund and I am now going through a charge back dispute with my bank on this. I truly believe that this company is a scam for people to order items and just never receive any product. "
