"Well look here. I am the first to rate Netzero.com! Well i wish this was going to be a positive rating but its not. WOW what a joke this ISP is! I signed my mother up for netzero on July 27th we managed to get her on line twice with the software they provided. Well we elected not to use the software, but to wise windows XP dialer and Internet explorer. I successfully set up the dialer and was able to get her connected. Great i thought so once i clicked on internet explorer it went to a page stating that your netzero account is locked please enter your netzero ID to find out why. I did and it went into a endless loop. I called netzero for support and they were no help. The agent told me they only support there software on top of that they wanted to charge me. i told them no thanks and hung up. I then called back and cancelled the account. Remember we only had netzero for 5 days now, I talked to there rep and she cancelled the account and proceeded to charge my mother $10.00. I asked why and they told me that since the month is over a new billing cycle begun. Well how could my billing cycle be up? i have the service for 5 days. So i called again and the next agent told me the same thing. so far this company is a joke and i highly recommend you NOT to sign up with them."
