"I agree with the one above here, this place is a rip off out dated records and have to pay $10 extra for criminal records; after you are in it for $29.00! and you have to check each state , and have to fill out the blanks for each state! no national checks, state by state!
I ran my records and they have me living in a house that is more than 4 years ago.

I signed up for a account on 8-14-06. After finding the website mislead me into thinking it would produce the results I required, I called the company within the same hour as I signed up and asked to cancel the account. They in turn sent me a email that contained a form to fill out and mail in to cancel the service. I filled the form out and sent it to them the next day 8-15-06. They have not credited the account and refuse to pickup the phone. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Florida and disputed the charges on my credit card.
