I ordered on 09/18/09, took a month to get item & they sent the wrong item. Took another 2 months to get them to pick it up & return to them. They promised they'd refund my money immed., upon rec'vg the item back. They rec'd the item on 11/18/09 & as of 11/30/09 they have yet to refund any of my money! They refuse to let you speak to the mgr, mgr won't return calls from me OR Paypal!! Have emails from them where they've made promises, lies & even been very rude & snotty to me! This company is impossible to deal with, now they have the item back AND my money!! My only other option is to file a legal claim against them. My nephew is a criminal atty & said he'd do it for me but that means a trip to NJ & it's not worth it. Oh, one final note... the orig. item I ordered was sold out so they took it upon themselves to send me the cheaper (by $100.00) model instead of notifing me & asking what I wanted to do. This company will lie to you, treat you like dirt & you will never get past the person who answers the phone, let alone to a mgr. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE!!!
