"Ordering, shipping and tracking were fine. The effectiveness isn't the issue. I'm on day 2 and it works in suppressing my appetite. The quality product itself is the issue. When I opened the bottle, the pills were stuck together and were very soft to the touch. I turned the bottle upside down, but not one pill fell out. In trying to get pills out by hand, they started to break apart. I had to turn the bottle upside down again, knocking it several times on the counter top, in order to get the pills out. As expected, few of them fell apart. I started off with half a pill, so a few falling apart saved me from splitting them in two. Wish I could upload a photo."
