"I placed an order today and accidentally put in the incorrect expiration date on the card for payment. When I placed the order, the system gave an error message "duplication". I was surprised since the order was not finished so I chatted with the on line support. Instead of telling to go back and re-check my payment information, they told me to contact my credit card company. Then I said I want to use another card. They said I had to go back and re-enter my order from the beginning. I scrolled through the page and noticed that I can review & edit each step of the order. I followed the payment step and figured out that the year was wrong. One small change and I was able to complete my order this time. I was unhappy with the on line support who was not competent and gave me bad advice. Why do I need to contact the credit card company or re-enter the whole order just because I want to use a different card?"
