"I ordered 3 bottles of a supplement and was charged for 3 bottles. Only two bottles arrived in an envelope with the receipt saying 2 bottles. I called on the next business day and was on hold for 1.5 hours and had to do an errand. I tried later and was on hold for 1 hour before I pressed star and as instructed gave my name and number. No one called me back. Today I was able to reach someone who explained the 3rd bottle was on Back Order. Why couldn't the receipt noted that this was the case which would have saved me much time and frustration???????"
