I was misinformed on Saturday day that I could just return the package at the post office without opening it. Then, I learnt on Monday at the post office that I had to pay for the postage. When I called again on Monday, I was told by a different representative that I had to pay for the postage. I was making my first purchase for two friends suffering severe nose allergy. I delivered the products to her last night, and I am shocked to receive her text showing me a picture of the bottle of bee propolis with best by date of 12/22. I am asking for a full refund for my order."

"I ordered a product from your site. There was no indication it was out of stock. After waiting too long for my order to arrive, I contacted customer service and was told it was on backorder and would be delivered when it arrived at the warehouse. No idea of when that would be, not a lot of information. I did promptly receive a request to complete a survey after I placed my order, but no notifications that my order would be delayed. Very lame and not up to par with standard e-commerce standards. I requested my order be cancelled and I am supposed to receive a refund. I hope that I do receive a refund, and in a timely manner. I won't order from your site again."
