"Not only could I not apply the coupon code for the special offers, I had to call more than 4 times about this issue.
I was misinformed on Saturday day that I could just return the package at the post office without opening it. Then, I learnt on Monday at the post office that I had to pay for the postage. When I called again on Monday, I was told by a different representative that I had to pay for the postage. I was making my first purchase for two friends suffering severe nose allergy. I delivered the products to her last night, and I am shocked to receive her text showing me a picture of the bottle of bee propolis with best by date of 12/22. I am asking for a full refund for my order."
