"I was shopping for a particular item by conducting price comparisons and a promotion was being run for this product at the NetNutri site.
I have yet to receive the order that was placed just today but as far as the shopping and purchase/checkout process, things went smoothly.

"Order was placed on 1/29/2025. As of 2/20/2025, the items have not been sent. Charge me for over $200 for the product and did not send anything! Has been calling Customer Service everyday, twice per day since 2/14/2025. No one ever answered and put on hold for at least 30 minutes on every call until hanging up. Asked for call back and no one called back. Contact via email and no replies. This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM. It's not worth the $ few dollars saving. "

"I was unable to place an order online due to an error message, so I called the customer service number to place the order by phone. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes, so I left a message about the web site issue and to call me back to place the order by phone. I never got a return call, so I tried the website again the next day and had the same error message. I called the customer service number again for sales, and was on hold for 38 minutes before giving up and ordering the product from another company. Being a business owner, I can't believe this comapny is still in business."
