" I called before ordering to make sure product was in stock and to ask about the expiration date. I was told by owner that product came in "in October so it's fine". I relied on that and purchased 2 bottles. When product arrived the label indicated it Expired April 2021, just over 2 months if it was fine for the whole month of April. NetNutri told me most products are fine to take after expiration date. I told them that this company had had a major recall of their liquid products in the past. Rather then offering me a refund at that point NetNutri contacted the company to ask about expiration date and left a message. When I again contacted NetNutri after some days, they sent the company an email that time, again asking how long the product was good for after expiration date. I had to call NetNutri again after a couple weeks, they said that the company had gotten back to them and said something about the expiration date is the expiration date and not to use it after that date. I asked about a refund because of the short dated product, I was never told that they would reduce refund by $7.50 shipping fee. The credit memo that they issued when they received the products back showed the full purchase price but when the actual refund was issued it was for $7.50 less than the order total.
Why one star, They shipped short dated product even after I had asked about expiration date. And they said that the expiration date was not really the expiration date on a product.
