"The duplicate items ordered were not duplicates once received. The 2 duplicate items were correct on the order confirmation and the final invoice. Once the products were received 1 was incorrect. I took it for granted that they were the same, as the packaging matched down to the colors and layout except 1 word. Even though the error was not on my end, I was not reimbursed & only given "point credits" to order again. Why would I order again when I won't know what I ordered woybe correct!? Just want more $ from me. No thanks!"
