good price, good website, but out of stock - still did not arrive

"had the products i wanted but not all were in stock...it was back ordered, and let me proceed with the order but i have no idea when it might come..it's been a while and still no order...$153 charged, but zero product... and no indication when, the site merely says processing....obviously no help!!!"

The worst website!

"I unsuccessfully tried to order an item that said it would ship in 2 - 5 days. Sent three chat messages, no response. Finally reached Customer Service, said item was no longer carried. why not say that in the first place!"

No Customer Service Response

"I received the product, Barleans organic Greens, in a timely fashion. However, upon receiving the first order I discovered all of the bottles were crushed on one side. The seal on the product seemed to be intact, but were dangerously close to being broken. I e-mailed customer service to inform them, but never heard back. I decided to try again with a second order of the same product, hoping it was a fluke. Unfortunately, I received the product again with all bottles crushed on one side. Please note none of the exterior of the packaing was damaged on either of these orders. This time, however, a seal on the product was broken. I was forced to dispose of that bottle, contact customer service to inform them, and never received any reply. They obviously have no concern about following up on customer issues. They even sent me an e-mail asking for a review, which I gave in detail, and never heard anything. I just received another order of the same product from another seller with no issues, and I have been ordering this product for over a decade never recieving a product in this condition. I would not recommend, if you have an issue you may never get assistance!"

Credit Card Issues

"I love your prices and your products, but I had an issue with your website taking my credit card. I triple checked my entries and called the bank to verify there was nothing wrong with the card. Customer Service was unable to help as they could not (understandably) override a problem with payment. Transaction should have taken 3 minutes, took 20 minutes, 2 calls to Customer Service, 1 call to my bank and 2 credit cards to complete."
