"I found what I wanted (size and price) but when I went to netnutri.com website they changed the price to the smaller item. They claim Google shopping is at fault but the other vendors seem to have figured out how to program the shopping mall.

"I had a 5% off promo code. I went through the order and checkout process FOUR times, and could not find a place to enter it! Due to the poor site design, I had to reenter all info each time. There was an info line saying to call an 800 number or chat for assistance. I looked everywhere for a chat icon, but couldn't find one! And I have to say at this point that I design point of sale systems for a living! So, I called the support number. It rang and rang and nobody answered. No waiting queue. Nothing. Just a "no one is available to take your call" msg. I left HIGHLY frustrated!!"
