"I've been a regular, very satisfied customer for several years. Recently I purchased six 40 oz bags of Bob's Red Mill Museli-Netrition always has the best price and quick shipping. When the box arrived it had popped ( something got dropped on the box in shipping) and three of the 40 oz bags also popped, leaking a few ounces from each bag. I accepted the shipment but sent Netrition an Email about the problem. I received a response that date with choices on a remedy. The following day I received a credit for the three damaged bags and the shipping supervisor was notified about modifying the packaging for shipments like mine.
