"Where should I begin,
Now Neumax has been in my neighborhood for quite some time, Only recently have a started going there ever since the building moved about 2 blocks away, but since ive been there and talk to the employees as well as the owner himself i have came to these conclusions...note these are all based on opinion but if your not a believer call them yourself.
Price: For example a CA G36 K going for about $250 online in most places which is a very reasonable price, neumax sell it for $380?! WHY? I did end up buying a limited edition gun though which has a worth of $500 for $350 because I chewed at the owners face for 20 minutes, other than that, this place will give you NO FELXEBILITY IN PRICE.
Service: The employees are VERY friendly and a great group of individuals but when it comes to service and repair..they lack... turns out that gun i bought there had a defect, the selection plate busted after 100 rounds, they wanted to charge me for the repair that was only 2 days after the gun was purchased, once again though, i talk to the owner and he did it for free, turns out a 20 minute job though took 2 1/2 weeks and thats WITH frequent phone calls..Good people, bad service
Location: Kinda hard to find, its on the opposite side of the building facing a main road so you actually have to drive AROUND the building to find it..i liked the older location better but location has no effect on rating...just opinion
All in all i personally will not shop here again because im afraid if my gun is in rapairs every again they will closeout and take my gun with them, VERY UNRELIABLE"
