"Work here in NJ. Neutron ships from a number of warehouses, many in the East. Had the order within two days, and that was with choosing the cheaper ground shipping.
From past experience, have found their shipping to be faster and better packaged than some other vendors (CDW, in particular). Plus, when they say the item is in stock, it more likely is than with some other vendors. We order from many vendors, and occasionally discover that "in stock" items aren't truly there. No one is perfect in this regard, and we noted the comment from another customer on the subject, but we order high volumes of items from a number of vendors, and have routinely found Neutron to be among the best in terms of things really being in stock, arriving quickly, well-packaged, and when RMA's have been needed, handled easily and helpfully. We recommend calling (hey, it's toll-free), as then you have a live person (they've ALWAYS been very helpful) who can confirm to you the true "in stock" status, and also may be able to save you a few $ on shipping depending on if there know which warehouse they are shipping out of. Truly one of our favorite vendors over many years."
"I ordered awhile ago now, but I wanted to review this company, because I had a very good experience.
As I remember, processing time was prompt: my order was shipped a day after I placed it. My order (a 512MB stick of Corsair Value RAM ), was shipped directly from Corsair, and arrived quickly (arrived 5 days after the order was shipped, in with a 5-8 day range for arrival. The only neural thing, was that I think the tracking number was posted a little late on my Neutron site account, which was probably because they had to get the info from Corsair), the product was very well priced, and is still working excellently!
I will definitely consider ordering from NeutronUSA again, when I next need a computer product."

Actual shippment was made on 14th. And it is not all. They shipped it from California (???). Lost almost two weeks with them.

"bought some "high performance" ram, 512MB stick of NewTrend pc2100 "true 222". when the product didnt perform as well as promised i sent an email wondering about a return and a little clarification of my problems. got a responce which was basically runaround and didnt address my issues, being a novice online buyer i just backed off and kept the crappy stick of ram.
be advised if you shop for performance this may not be the place to turn to as they completely ignored the fact that my problems were with the promised performance.
based onmy experience + opinion and, is not held against the retailer...

never buy this NewTrend ram. it promised stellar (2-2-2 timing) performance but delivered worse than a regular micron stick (rated at 2.5-3-3), it was unstable and underperformed. AVOID, NewTrend, i couldnt even find any explicit contact info on them, not to mention a website."
