"I ordered EBC rotors and pads for a 2016 Porsche Cayenne GTS and they sent rotors for a 2016 Porsche Cayenne Base model. They do not fit. I ordered them on March 17 and did not have time to put them on until May 25. They would not return them even though they had not been used and were in original box. Even EBC said that they would take them back for a credit. This company is not very friendly or reasonable. "
"They don't stand behind there work or product they sell waisted a ton of money there "
"My wife bought a tailgate guard and accidentally ordered the wrong one. She paid $58. to send it back she will have to pay a restocking fee of $10.00 and shipping of almost $15. By the time a refund is done she will only get around $15.00. I am very disappointed and will never order from them again. David Mayfield"
"I've purchased with this company multiple times and have always had an exceptionally good experience."
"Worst buying experience ever. Been waiting months for a refund and never got it yet. Just getting the run around and they are playing the blame game. Stay far far away from this company!!!"
"This online retailer lacks the discipline and integrity to be even a mediocre reseller Here is a copy of my yelp review.
Terrible customer service. Bordering on lazy,
I bought a Lakewood bell housing from them on Amazon -it was defective and they would do nothing to help. Apparently drop shipped from manufacturer - so these guys are just middleman. It's apparent the only thing they are good at is cashing checks.
The string of emails I have from their customer service look like they were written by a fifth grader
I must say, Lakewood Corp stepped in and made this right. The president of Lakewood corporation is a standup guy and yes it was manufactured with a defect in it. BUT... Two weeks of research and phone calling on my own & just got lucky getting a hold of him.
Save yourself the trouble, aggravation, and waste of money, avoid Never Enough Auto
Maybe you should change your name to
Enough is Enough
So there you have it. The correct answer would have been for you to call the manufacturer and arrange for them to pick up the defective part, not have me spend $175 to ship iit back to you .
But you didn't, and after several email requests it became pretty obvious that you just weren't going to. So here is your well-deserved yelp review and Better Business Bureau complaint. Enjoy

"Great place for everything you can possibly think of for your truck , car, SUV you name it. I've taken three of my past vehicles to them. I would drive 50 miles out of my way to visit their grant location and recently visited the new 28th street one. My 2004 2500hd took a spill at the dunes , needed some shocks and fog lights RJ took care me and got me rolling an looking good again. Great help , fair prices and excellent service. Would recommend any day of the week. "
