Cons:

- Took over 40 business days to deliver when the estimate is max 25. This led to worry, which was not good.
- Battery supplied was the wrong size for this device, which made it difficult to start testing
- Battery was low on power (leading to the mistaken impression the device was simply faulty; led blinked suggesting it should work but not enough power for a bluetooth connection) Created further concerns in testing and wasted time
- Build looks and feels cheap with the rubber handle cover slipping off
