"I purchased 2x 3pin 5cm fans. I explained several times that the fans would run but did not have any tachometer output and my motherboard states N/A. for that fan port in the BIOS. I can place another 3 pin fan on my motherboard fan header and the motherboard sees the tachometer output and display the rpm in the BIOS. Pretty simple right?

I tried many times to explain this to the person called Russell. But Russell can not comprehend English and I don't speak Chinese.
He wanted me to take a picture of the damaged fan. I told him the fan had no physical damage but was defective electrically.
He then wanted me to make a video of the fan. At this point I gave up.
How can anyone do business with a Company who employees obviously have no comprehension how a simple 3 pin fan works?

This was my test order with this Company and there will be no further orders placed with them.
I am only out $3.11 but I learned exactly what I expected from these jerks.
