"Your order form is confusing, When paying with PayPal, it asks to open account, which activates a payment from PayPal, then when you return to your order page it asks for an update of information and will not activate the order button.
This effectively pays you without the order going through..
I have had to email you on two occasions to get the order placed..
Also confirmation of order is slow to reach my email lnbox, I am currently waiting for confirmation of an order placed on 29-8-14..
