Rather than send me a replacement battery, they suggested that I buy a battery and they will reimburse me. Unfortunately, buying the equivalent battery in my region would cost more than the whole device cost so I am skeptical that they would reimburse me the full amount. In addition, that particular battery type is hard to find in North America."
