"Very disappointed, I still have not received my refund as promised on 8/7/2014 for 100167346. I ordered 2 sets of 4x syringe ink pens. One pen leaked out, and the other pen has an insect inside of it. I`ve been giving them as gifts at the hospital I volunteer at. Newfrog promised me a refund on 8/7/2014 that I still have not received yet. newefrog refuse to give a phone # for me to speak with anyone. That is unfair since they are taking the money, but will not have anyone there available to speak as a customer service. We have to put-up with this computer programed thing. I would like to speak with who all my money is going too. This is why I will not order in bulk from this website, then I can not call and speak with you about anything of my order. I just need my little refund and I will move on."
