"I have not received my orders from Feb 23 and Feb 25. Was unable to log into my account to check status. Had to reset my password- not my problem as I was sure of my account name and password which was memorized by my computer. Had to email Newfrog to reset. Then once reset checked my dashboard for a record of my orders. NOTHING found, then had to email again. I ask for a refund and was asked to kindly wait as it was shipped. That was 10 days ago and still have not received either order. If I get nothing with in a week I will open a case with paypal."

"As seen here down below, on the 15 th of February, I have placed an order with Newfrog and immediately paid for same through the much trusted and reliable PayPAl. Till time of writing I am still patiently waiting for the small packet/order to arrive, and this after fourty (40) days. I am giving the above mentioned company some more lee time, waiting some more days for the receipt of the item due to the fact of what have recently happened in Brussels.
