"I have placed three orders w/New Frog over the past year. The first order indicated I would get a 12 or 13% discount. I didn't. I sent a message to Customer service. No answer. The shipment was delayed for about a week after I placed and paid for the order. This happened on two additional occasions also (but not w/a discount). The last order was delayed about 1 1/2 weeks, and I requested cancellation. They shipped right away. I guess New Frog is only for big orders and merchants - I am but a hobbyist.
I will no longer be a New Frog customer.
