"I purchased an item over two months ago and have still not received it. After several email inquiries,after the item's whereabouts, I was eventually notified that there had been an error in the pricing of the item I purchased ( the true price was three times dearer than the advertised price). On the 12th of last month I purchased another item and I am still waiting for its arrival. Overall I can say that I am very dissatisfied with the poor customer service and lack of professionalism displayed by new frog."

"Most of my order was OK and came in the normal time it takes to get stuff from them from China. However, I purchased a fitness band that didn't work. I wrote to customer service. It took a number of attempts to get an answer. They offered to replace, but I noticed when I was registering the band, that this was an older model, so I decided not to replace it. I figured the problem I experienced was common and that the newer versions fixed it. I wrote back and thanked them for the offer to replace, but told them that I would like to return it for a refund, requesting return instructions. That was the last time I heard from them, despite several attempts by me to get the return instructions for a refund. I had a bad experience with Newfrog once before and had stopped ordering from them. I thought I'd try again. Stupid of me. If everything goes well with your order, you'll be happy once you get it. If there is ANY problem, good luck. You're stuck with it. I won't give it another chance..no matter how tempting the prices are. When you lose $38+ dollars because they won't refund defective merchandise, it makes the cheap stuff very expensive. I'm done."
