"I have purchased a number of varying items over the last few months. Any issues I perceived with the orders were addressed by the customer service team, delivery at busy times can take a while to the UK but you'd expect that unless you pay for expidited delivery!

A recent item arrived DoA, a couple of emails later and they are shpping me a replacement - no quibbles

I will definately be checking them out for future items that they supply that I didn't even know I needed until I see them on their web site.

After approximate 3 weeks, the replacement has arrived in Germany.
I learned newfrog know as a reliable trading partner. Newfrog endeavors to find a solution when something goes wrong."

It's just an underlined word so you can never unsubscribe. "I think the Frog has croaked.Like the earlier reviews,before 2015,I had ordered items from New Frog and was satisfied with the product and shipping.In Jan,2015 everything seems to have changed.I have 3 pending deliveries and have had no reply's to several contact attempts.I used paypal to pay for the items,and filed a complaint with paypal. Hopefully I will get my money back.
I will recommend that paypal revoke and cancel New Frog's account. "
