not good experience here

I gave my existing project to this company to customize and make it live. But they did not complete it. They charged me the amount first and even after depositing the amount but they did not completed my project and have not even refunded my amount yet.
But Thanks to God I was introduced to the company named MS Global Inc. now my Existing Website is live and up and running.
They also offered me the 6 months maintenance service. Sharing with all of you their Skype ID and website as well, must try this company.

"Purchased an Adobe product in April 2011 - and Adobe deactivated it as it wasnt a licensed product. NewPeak is not returning my calls or respond to my emails, and the Live Chat is never "Live". Seemed to good to be true for the price - I guess it wasnt a "straight" firm.

"Good prices on legal software. However I had difficulty with dropped shipped software being sent to my post office box number or to my actual physical address. Since there is no USPS to my physical address, parts of my previous orders were returned as undeliverable."

"Turns out these people took orders a week before going out of business. can't reach anyone to resolve the issue.

Service on purchase was quick & efficient.
However, the product offering was not what I expected. Turns out to be software for "students & teachers" an attribute that was not clearly evident on their web page.
Called their Customer Service in the middle of their day, sat through a recorded loop for 5+ minutes, then presented with option to leave name & number for call back.
Opted to go to their website, found "Live Chat" off, used their online contact form.
This is the day after and I haven't received an acknowledgement or response.
Depending on how this turns out, I am giving this score for now.

"I needed some new licenses of Acrobat Pro for my office fast, and didn't have time to order any. I purchased a few copies of the "Download" version; it was the cheapest I could find it anywhere. They say on the website that download links and serials will be emailed within the hour. I ordered it over the lunch hour and after about an hour and 15 minutes I still hadn't received anything other than a confirmation email. I chatted with customer service using their "Live Help" feature. I gave him the order number and a few seconds later they showed up in my inbox. It was a good experience, although it would have been better had I received the emails within the time frame expected, but for the price, I'm not complaining!"

"Ridiculously terrible customer service. Thought I was buying download code and they said it was a disc. Told them I would've wanted the disc sent to where I actually live (not billing address) and I asked for a tracking number to re-route. They said they didn't have one and that they'd get back to me with it later in the day. That was 5 days ago.

Impossible to reach a live person by calling. The epitome of fly-by-night company.

In fairness, the supervisor who called back was very patient with me even though the issue remained unresolved. That was 4 phone calls and 3 emails later. Disputed it through my CC company... Thanks anyway.

"Absolutely Terrible. If it was only error #1, would not have been a big deal.

#1 - Was not told I needed a home address for my product, Adobe Web Premium CS5 for Mac. They told me 2 days after I ordered, so their guarantee about shipping out the next day is shot.

#2 - I was told, once I changed the address that it would be shipped out that day and I would receive a tracking number. I received a tracking number on Tuesday. 4 days later.

#3 - The same day I received the tracking number (which had no information on the shippers website FedEx), I received a package, thinking it was actually shipped, etc. I was sent a product of Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro 9 for Windows, not related to my order any way whatsoever

#4 - I was required to ship the wrong product and give them a tracking number, before they would send out my correct product.

#5 - After I sent them the tracking number, I did not receive a confirmation saying my product shipped. I was guaranteed overnight delivery to receive product by Friday, and I had to contact them again, and I was then informed that they are out of stock and had to refund me. Not only this, but they said the computer crashed and couldn't get the right information.

A terrible company and terrible customer service. 9 Days of hell and 9 days of lost business.
