Fuhk new level motorsports

"Let me start by cutting straight to the point. Order elsewhere.

I ordered a set of Nology performance spark plug wires at over $250 for a set they are a pretty penny.. I looked at Nology's website and I'm here in California and so are they. Next I went to order and a list of authorized dealers came up. New level Motor sports being one of them. I checked their website and they are here in California as well, claiming their "warehouse lol" is here in San Diego. I ordered on the 23rd, called every day after that to try and get an idea of delivery. They claim orders ship in 24 hours. Spoke with customer service rep named Gunner most of the time and everyday he said they are going to ship by tomorrow and it would be fedex and would only take a day to arrive because I'm in California. Today is the 31st and while a shipping label was created it still hasn't been shipped. Oh I forgot to mention its with UPS NOT FEDEX AS I WAS REPEATEDLY TOLD! STILL WAITING NEW LEVEL MOTOR SPORTS.

NEW LEVEL IS NOTHING BUT A DROP SHIPPING COMPANY AND I DOUBT THE CARRY EVEN A 1/8 OF WHATS ON THEIR WEBSITE IF ANYTHING AT ALL.. WHAT A JOKE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP LIARS.

100% REGRET ORDERING FROM THEM!!!!

GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PARTS NEEDS.

its the same person anwsering the phone very small company its not worth buying from these idiots
i called oracle and got the same treatment
never in my life have got cursed out on an internet purchase

"Let me start by saying, I really liked the site and the options that they provide on the site, it is easy to use, and they make the process fairly simple and easy. That is where the positive ends.

Once I ordered, it was the beginning of the worst customer service / online ordering experience I have had in a long time. Once I ordered, I NEVER got a receipt. I called back multiple times asking for my receipt, and the gentleman that is always there claimed it must be going to my Spam. I am not an idiot, I know how to check Spam, but it never showed up. Then there was the shipping issue. It claims on their site they ship same day for in stock items. Well my item clearly said in stock, and I ordered Thursday at around 4 PM, and by the next Tuesday it still hadn't shipped. The company's claim were all excuses - Oh that color wasn't in stock (even though when I ordered it clearly said IN STOCK), oh that vendor doesn't ship that day - all excuses and it clearly was False advertising. Keep in mind I never got a receipt as of this review, and no tracking number.
Then, although they say they match prices, they really don't. I gave them 5 list of sites that had better prices, and they "were all not authorized vendors", so they couldn't match. Oh well, no big deal, but a competitor is a competitor and that is another false thing written on their site.
Also, the customer service is horrible. The guy who answers the phone everytime always seems pushy, he talks over you, acts like you are wasting his time, and frequently raises his voice to respond to your inquiries. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Low and behold, I called to cancel my order, and again he knows nothing about my order, when it will ship etc. and that I cannot cancel the order until he knows whether it has shipped or not. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW IF A PRODUCT HAS SHIPPED OR NOT, I ORDERED FROM YOU!
I am writing this to save people from this terrible experience, do not order from them you are better off paying more somewhere else where they don't lie to you, treat you like they are doing you a favor, and have real answers about your orders where you spend hundreds of dollars.

"They are terrible at communication. I was waiting for my order when I decide to check their site to get my Tracking #. Instead I received a message stating that my order was cancelled. They couldn't even be courteous enough to let me know. Not only that, but there wasn't even a reason to why it was cancelled. So I decided to search their site again for the item that I wanted. It was now listed for about $60 more than what I purchased it for. So it looks like to me that the reason my order was cancelled was that they weren't happy with the price I had paid. I will never use them again. "

"This company is awful!!! Ordered product 2 1/2 weeks ago.......never heard a thing about my order until i called. Every time I called they said "we will send tracking info the next day" never heard a thing....will NEVER order from them again!!!"

"This is a horrible company. I ordered a product from them based on their product description which stated it was a 3" lift. When I received the product, weeks later, the box was for 2.75" lift (with the same product number).

When I called to complain (or get clarification), the customer rep (John, who claimed he is the Manager) was rude and arrogant! He did not want to hear what I had to say, he yelled, and if he is in fact a manager, his behavior was unacceptable! He simply said we can return the product to get refund, but he will NOT cover return shipping. What kind of bull is that?! It was not my fault they shipped the wrong product and they want me to incur more cost? That's ridiculous! John kept yelling and threatening to hang up the phone; he is very unprofessional.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are horrible!

"Their website said they had one of the item I wanted to buy in stock and I ordered it on Nov 1, 2009. I was told that it would take 6 days to arrive. On Nov 6 I asked for the tracking number and was told that the item was to be shipped by the manufacturer as they did not stock it. They sent a tracking number but I didn't know who the shipper was. After more back and forth emails Ithey told me it was FedEx. The FedEx website had no record of the tracking number and when I called FedEx I was told that the tracking number did not exist.

By now I was upset that they lied about having the item in stock and worse they charged my credit card the day I ordered the item and not the day it was supposedly shipped and gave a tracking number that didn't exist.

On Nov 15, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge as I had not received the item and was getting the runaround from these folks.

On Nov 17 I contacted them to cancel the order but they told me that it had shipped earlier in the day. Once again I asked for the shipper info and they told me FedEx. I sent another email to ask for the tracking number and they gave me a valid one this time.

I received the item on Nov 19, 18 days after my order. Then I received this threatening email from them,
"We received notice from our bank that you are disputing the charge on your account for the intake you ordered. You told your bank that you never received the item. That is simply not true. Since you have received the item, acknowledged receiving it in the awful review you left with Bizrate for us, and we also have the proof of delivery from FedEx, we ask that you please call your bank and remove the chargeback immediately. Filing a false chargeback is a crime and we will certainly pursue all legal remedies, including contacting your local police department and filing a fraud report against you should you choose not to withdraw the chargeback."

Of course after I received the item I notified my credit card company to place the charges back onto my card but I never expected threats from these people.

I will never think about doing business with this company as they are liars. Stay away, far away from them.
