"New Wave billed my credit card for my full order the day after it was received, but sent only about 2/3s of the order claiming the rest was back ordered and would be sent when it came in. It never arrived and my emails, phone calls, and letters went un-answered.
In this same order they sent too many of one type of model and too few of another. I emailed them about it and this time -- much to my shock -- I received a reply. They asked me to send the wrong ones back and they would provide me the correct ones. I did so, but have never received the promised correct models. Emails, phone calls, and letters on this subject all went unanswered.
I strongly urge you to avoid this company."
"I purchased over $60 worth of gaming materials from this seller and although $30 or so dollars of my order was shipped within a week, the other $30 has yet to be shipped. The invoice I received with the first part of my order didn't list an invoice number or customer number.
My credit card was charged the day after I placed the order. I have called and left voice mail (other times the machine is full so I cannot leave a voice mail) and e-mailed several times with no reply. The web site continues to be updated on a weekly basis so I know the site has not an abandoned web page.
Checking the Better Business Bureau for this company I see that I am not alone. In the last 12 months over 50 some complaints have been filed for almost the exact same problem. In most cases New Wave has simply not responded or resolved the issue.

I have sent a letter by mail but don't expect any reply based on what I have seen here and at the BBB. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC and then check with my credit card company to see if I can get my money back.
I STRONGLY urge all customers to avoid this company. I also URGE all victims of this fradulant practice of taking money but never shipping goods to place a complaint with the FTC as well. Such blatent and repeated acts of theft (INHO) must be stopped. Prevent this company from doing to others what it has done to you.

"I wasn't given an invoice number, they don't provide you with an e-mail confirmation of what you've ordered. They charged by card before shipping my order, and after a week and talking with someone there, neither one of us know about my order. Don't order from this company if you want good customer service, fast action, or good communication.

"I got about a third my order in a week. I am still waiting for the rest, they said it's backordered. I sent an email close to a week ago in regards to my order and they still have not responded. The worst part is that they charged my credit card for the backordered items along with the rest of the order and they are apparently ignoring my emails about my order."
