"WARNING: Don't depend on this company for important orders! On 01/02/2013 I called New World to verify stock by phone before placing my order, and then I went ahead and ordered a router on their website. After placing the order I called again just to verify that the stock had been allocated to my order and I was told yes. The next day I got an email saying my order is being canceled because they have no stock and that the charge on my card is being voided. I replied to the email expressing that I was told it was in stock, and they replied saying their stock system was not updated between December 21st and January 2nd. Seriously? Their stock information wasn't updated for almost two weeks? How does this company stay in business?"
"NW had the product I was looking for. It was $50 more than I wanted to pay on Cyber Monday, but it was in stock. I called to inquire about the return policy and immediately got hooked up with a human. The police is quite strick. If the package is opened there is no return policy except for proven defect, which can be arduous and difficult. But, all in all, in knowing what I wanted, so far, I am happy with my experience. We will see if I am happy with the product. "

They billed my AMEX card.
They then said "the product is proprietary, we can't sell it to you."
Okay, then refund my money.
They then claimed that they would process a refund for my Mastercard.
But I didn't give you my Mastercard, I gave you an AMEX card.
No, you gave us a Mastercard...
So I sent them a screenshot of my AMEX bill, showing a charge posted to it from them.
They responded "please give Mastercard 3 days to process a refund."
And so on.
It was like a 'Candid Camera' or 'Punked' episode.

I got the lowest price I could ever find from any online or in-store retailers across US and Canada. Just a few days ago (around 9 months from the order date), I got the replacement service for the screen (BTW, the screen had been in excellent condition until it was blemished somehow) via neworldit. The whole process was extremely smooth and effortless.
