"I ordered a camera case at Christmastime, and was informed the case was backordered until the beginning of Feb. I was asked if I'd like to keep my order, the answer was, "yes". In March, I inquired about the status of backorder to find out the case was discontiuned. I was offered a recommendation for replacement and gladly accepted that because I'm going on vacation next week. I was then concerned about not receiving the item in time for my trip. Chester went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I would get the case in time for vacation. What more could I ask? The excellent customer service received in the past couple of days made up for the original order mishap. I will shop here again because of the extra steps taken to satisfy my needs. Chester was pleasant, polite, and most importantly, stepped up to make things right. Thank you. In this day of electronic stores, customer service often gets completely lost. That was not the case in this order. I applaude you for business well done."

"THREATING TO SUE ME: New World Video Direct has threatened to sue me, unless I remove this negative feedback. It appears New World Video Direct only wants positive feedback at this site. I'm unsure why New World Video Direct was removed from 2 of the biggest feedback sites. There is a post regarding the latter that they may have been manipulating their feedback and were dropped for that reason. They also have an unsatifactory rating at the Better Business Bureau for not answering complaints. This does not appear to be the company I would want to buy my electronics items from. If you leave a negative feedback here you will be subject to being sued by them. Is this who you would trust to buy your electronics from?

In answer to their reply, they claim they called to say the item(s) I ordered were out of stock. On the day I ordered, the items were in stock. On the day after I ordered and they left a message for me, I checked their site and the items were in stock. One day later I called and the items were listed as in stock. I've checked their site since and the items are in stock. I wonder why they would be selling items they know aren't in stock?

One other point: If they have an unsatifactory rating with the BBB, why are they here at ResellerRating? They should have been dropped a long time ago. They have hundreds of negative reviews at other feedback sites they were dropped from around 2003-2004. So why are they here now?
