"I bought an black refill ink set for a friend who needed it badly. I received an email a few days later with a tracking number and when I check the status of the delivery, it said that it was delivered to Florida. I was taken back, since the delivery was suppose to be for Texas! I tried sending an email wanting to know what was going on, yet no reply was given. I called and these weird accent people started blabblering and telling me to send an email and hang up on me. I sent a second email, yet again, no reply. Since I received an emailed with a gift certificate number, I figured she had to actually use it. I told my friend to just use it, since I had already paid. After two weeks and yet no ink. She called and they told her, basically screaming with their weird accent, "you didn't pay!!!" That made me so mad! I sent an email and when they replied, they asked for proof of payment; so I sent them a scan of my bank statement thinking that would solve their problem. NO! They actually had the audacity to say that what I paid for was not for two but for one and to think. I paid for one kit to be sent to my friend!!! What is there to think!!! It is them who have to think! Why the heck do they give tracking and order numbers if they don't even know how to use them properly. From what world or country are these Money loving people!!! I currently still trying to fight for either a refund or for the ink set. -sigh- this is tiring, yet I won't give up. Root for me please!!!! Oh, and even though the prices are low, these people are really stingy, they will make excuses in order to make money. Avarice injets outlet should be their companies name. Don't trust this people. Once I get this problem solve, if possible, I will let you know."
"I placed my order for a continuous ink system on a Saturday with New York Cartridge Outlet (inkjetsoutlet.com), and paid to have it shipped Fedex ground. The following Thursday I received the order confirmation stating my order was just being shipped and that it would be arriving by Postal first class. When my package showed up the following week, it was wrapped in Chinese newspaper, and was covered in ink. Upon opening the package I discovered a broken cartridge. When I tried to contact the company, no one answered the phones. Fortunately I am handy with super glue and made the product work. I would not recommend buying from inkjetsoutlet.com"
