"**** After my post, someone reached out to me and made sure my rebate was processed. I might give them another try now but will remain skeptical of rebates. I will need to put a lot of weight into the discount and if it is worth months and months of phone calls, & e-mails to get it processed. But clearly they do stand behind their rebates or they would not have made it right*****I submitted a $80 rebate in April. May 8th I contacted Newegg to see if they received it. I was told they did but their rebate company went out of business and I needed to resubmit a new one and this time online. So I followed the instructions and did it once again. We are now August 21st and I have contacted them 12 times in the past week. I keep getting a “let me confirm your address” standard letter. After confirming it 5 times I called and finally got someone who cared. Amethyst was her name and she spent 45 minutes investigating only to tell me the rebate department is behind. Why it takes 4 months and 12 exchanges to tell me the truth is beyond me. I do not trust this company. If you buy something based on a rebate, shop elsewhere. Go with a company that has a good reputation and doesn’t lie. I have kept detailed records and all the email exchanges. I plan on sending them to Bradsdeals to show them the company they recommend is NOT what you say they are. I still have no idea how many more months until I see my refund. I will update once I do. "

"I ordered a pair of speakers on deep discount and sent them back (my mistake). I called Newegg to see if I could get the same deal. They could have said "sorry that deal is gone". They did not. The C.S. rep Rick Maxwell went to a supervisor and I was able to reorder them for very close to my original order price. Two thumbs up for Newegg."
"It's not often that I want to write a review for Customer Service but this company exceeds all my expectations. First, I found your Customer Service links easily on your website--right at the top and clearly visible. Everything I would want from Customer Service was listed there including (OMG) your phone number! I didn't have dig through screens and screens of information to try to find the number, it was right there.
When I called the number, I was easily directed to Customer Service and told that I didn't have to wait on line but that I could be called back when it was my turn. Y-E-S, YES!! When Earl called me back, he was courteous even when I asked him to slow down his speech--AND, he didn't forget and escalate it again. VERY impressive. He helped me with a rather complicated issue that was my fault and took some checking and time to get resolved. He even waited patiently while I figured out how to attach a file he needed when it appeared it was lost on my eight-year old PC somewhere. Yeah, there's a LOT of stuff on my PC. LOL Earl was professional, patient and knowledgeable during our entire transaction. Too bad I forgot and hung up on the call before I could give him my review of five out of five stars for excellent service.
So, I am very impressed with Earl, your entire Customer Service department and your company in general. I'm a fan and WILL be talking you up to anyone who will listen to me brag about all of you!

"Newegg has shown me that their customer service really goes to the fullest extent to help their customers. had a big problem with the Newegg credit account, which is given by Synchrony bank. Seems the card was lost in the mail so had to get a new account. Which was done. So I called up Newegg, and a representative (Allen) helped me place my order by actually calling the bank and verifying all the info that was needed through a 3-way call. Fantastic! Newegg Customer service is truly wonderful. Thank you!
