"Call up newegg and my boy Josh called me once he hit my place in queue. I was inquiring about a deal on a fightstick that involved a promo code. I tried using it but it gave me an error. Turns out the promo code expired the day before. Well, my boy Josh did some things and while performing the most exceptional customer service I have ever received (it felt like we have been friends for years the way I was giving him **** for playing smash Bros) he was able to honor the 50% off promo even though it had expired. "I spoke with Reef on 8/22/2018 in regards to returning a item that I had bought. A better item at a better price ended up showing up after my order was shipped. He advised that I am able to return the other item unopened for a complete refund of $219.99.
I was confused on how the refund would work with a digital free gift being part of the order, but he insured me that the full refund will be made for $219.99 they just have to split the order to make things look correct on there end.
Amazing service, He answered all of my questions and promised that I will get a full refund due to the better item being put on sale at a lower price. I look forward to working with Reef again. Couldn't ask for better.
He did advised that if I have any issues with the refund not being right to call back to Newegg and they will take care of my issues.
