Excellent customer-facing service and great responsiveness!

"Long story sort, I have had an experience similar to that of a review posted earlier by user "f3bandit-24790." FedEx showed the package delivered, but there were people at home who saw and heard nothing and given the situation near my home "porch piracy" is extremely unlikely. I've applied for a refund, as I opted to grab a replacement locally instead of waiting for the claims process to complete as these items were for a special occasion.

The process is still in progress (now resolved), so this review is dependent upon me being made whole in the end, but so far I've been particularly impressed with their phone representatives so I'm pleased to write about that now. They've been kind and helpful, and Ariell B. in particular was extremely helpful, understanding, and instilled me with faith in the process, so much thanks to her!

Update: My claim has been resolved, and quicker than I expected at the time the review was originally written. I'm very happy with the prompt service on this. Thanks again to Ariell and all involved, and again, kudos on the excellent phone service!

KEITH IS THE GREATEST!

"First, I just want to say that I didn't even get the outcome I had hoped for when shopping at NewEgg, but my experience with Keith was just awesome. I ordered a NEW Chromebook, and when it arrived it was used and registered to a school system in Georgia. I couldn't have logged into it if I wanted to. I had to send it back, and Keith issued an RMA for me to get a replacement one. I also felt like he genuinely cared, and I know he tried his hardest to help me with my problem and even talked me through several troubleshooting issues.

Well, I waited, and 3 days later when I was supposed to get the new Chromebook, instead I got an email saying that they could not fulfill my order for a replacement because even thought the website said they had them in stock, they did not. So I was out of luck yet again. I called support, and I did not want to waste my time with any other person except Keith. I got an agent on the phone, and said connect me to Keith, I will wait as long as I have to. Yet again, Keith racked his brain, trying to find a solution to get my the Chromebook I wanted. He talked through ideas with gift cards, using other sellers, other sites, etc etc. He really tried his hardest, and I am very thankful for that. He deserves a raise, or a promotion but alas... the least I can do is leave him this review. I have literally never felt like someone on a customer support phone call actually cared about my issue, until today. Keith, you are the GOAT! Thanks for everything you did.

Supposed to arrive but did not

"Supposed to get here Wednesday but their carrier misrouted to Arizona and never made it. Why can't you guys get your act together and hold your shippers accountable? Make them pay for the mis deliveries? So unbelievably **** off about this. To top it off I have to call New Egg to fix this."

"After several try’s of ordering a small item, nearly a half day spent, this guy went the extra mile in helping me getting my order through. I can not say enough about his help and staying the course.
Need more like him to help some of us OLD FOLKS.

The best customer service I’ve ever received from anywhere

"I had a promo code and it didn’t work so I messaged Newegg through the text option and in a second I had Doreen messaging me.All I did was explain what happened and In a matter of seconds I was offered the discount from the promo code.I placed my order and gave Doreen my order number and I got the money back from the promo code so yes they DO honor their promotions!Ive never bought from Newegg but I will be moving forward from here on out!Thank you so much Doreen!"
