But I am so overwhelmed by the performance of one of Newegg’s Customer Service Supervisors, ANGELINA G., I must do it. Angelina is one of those rare people that organizations usually only dream about having within their domain! This Lady has it all. She was courteous, superbly helpful, extremely professional and pursued my satisfaction with a zeal that puts her in the stratosphere! While never wasting a second of mine or her time, she somehow made me feel that I was the only customer that ever mattered to her or Newegg! She accomplished a very difficult task that at least FIVE other employees of Newegg AND Square Trade had previously told me could not be done. Right from the start, Angelina was never daunted by those opinions and immediately grabbed this bull the horns.
