"Best customer service I've had in a long time! No hassle at all (except for the long wait time for chat--I was #22 in the queue, which took nearly half an hour). Vida L. was patient and thorough in helping me return an item and investigating which connector for a replacement item was the correct one (the photos showed two different end connector configurations). She waived the return shipping charge which was almost the cost of the item to return, sent me a gift card for the amount of the item, and checked with the staff to find out which configuration was correct. When she couldn't get an answer, she then said she would contact the manufacturer and let me know which was the right photo and give me a response in 3-5 days. I got an email saying the photos had been corrected, and they were, and I was able to order the new item using the gift card. This was my first experience with purchasing through NewEgg, and I will continue to use them!"
