Fortunately I was paired up with a super helpful customer service representative that went above and beyond. He told me he forwarded the billing to the account department and it will be resolved in 2 days. And then I get a call back an hour later saying, he's got the credit card company on the other line and will link me and they will do a refund right away. I have never been more satisfied with customer service before and it was promptly taken care of. They always get it to me in a timely fashion, and on the rare occasions I've needed to cancel an order or return an item they have ALWAYS worked with me to my satisfaction!
