"Order was placed for PC and I was approved for a Newegg credit card. Yayyyyy!!! I agreed on 3 business day delivery but I had no idea Saturday was considered a business day. Anyway, Mondays are my late day at work and it was the same day , the PC is being delivered. I called Fedex to reroute the package to my local Fedex, so I could pick it up there. But I was informed by Fedex, they were NOT authorized to reroute my package. Fedex asked me to call Newegg and explain the situation.
When I called Newegg, I was informed their Credit Card provider Synchrony Bank does not permit package rerouting. Get this, Newegg was NOT allowed to request package be rerouted to a local Fedex office for me to pick up the PC when it was convenient, either. My only option was to call "again" Fedex and refuse/cancel the package in advance!!! I have a driver's license, retired military ID and a passport to prove my identity, as well.
Newegg, this is NOT your fault!!! You are a great company with incredible products!! And Austin B., in your customer service department was simply the best! He was truly a ROCKSTAR!! Austin was helpful, professional and diligent as he worked exploring different options to find a solution that would help me. I did not want to send the PC back but it was my only option.
Whyyyyy me!!! Ohhhh, well!! I will be canceling my Newegg Credit Card. :(( "
"I ordered some PC components but because of the Cyber Monday rush they were late getting to me, not Newegg's fault, I'm sure the shipping that week was crazy. Anyway I called Newegg to request a claim because I thought my stuff was lost, well it showed up the next day. I called them again to get an RMA number and return my shipment. Drew (SO Number: 410379111) was awesome he put me on hold a few times but I never had to wait long and he even checked in with me here and there. In the end it was a win win! I get to my money back and Newegg gets their PC parts back. Every time I call their customer service I get someone that is pleasant and helpful. Kudo's to whoever seeks out these people who I'm sure have to deal with all kinds of personalities. Hey if your shipment is late, damaged or not what you thought then please don't blame Newegg. Once they ship it it's out of their control. Thanks again Newegg! Customer for LIFE!!!!"

"Shipping woes are bad anytime of the year, even worse during the Christmas rush. Long story short, Fedex dropped the ball and sent my package clear across the state the wrong way and ended up being lost altogether. I contacted Newegg customer support and within minutes had a new shipment on the way and the lost package had a claim on it. They split the shipping costs with me which I was not expecting them to do since it was not Newegg's fault. Monique E. was more than helpful. She not only walked me thru the claim, she stayed on the line to help me pick out some new parts for my computer as the ones I ordered were out of stock. "First let me say that I'm not too computer literate. With that said, I made a mistake in ordering a couple of items. After opening and starting to have them set up, I realized MY error.

"Do not order from this company. I ordered something on this website. I received confirmation of this order and was told I would be updated on shipping information soon. The next day I received an email stating that my order was canceled. I was offered no explaination as to why. I have spent the past 3 days emailing and trying to reach this company with zero response. Today I tried to contact the seller and was directed to a page telling me this seller could not be located. I have no idea if I will receive a refund or if my credit card information has now been compromised. "
