"I had to call customer service for an order that was shipped via USPS. For some reason, USPS failed to deliver the package two days in a row, citing "business closed", even though, at the time shown, all doors were open, and the office was still filled with people. Not understanding, I tried to figure this out myself. Epic fail; even after going directly to the Post Office. Thou Shalt Not Speak To Any Human at USPS.
This is when I called Newegg Customer Service. Sabrina did an amazing Job. First, she gave me the time to explain my situation and everything I had done so far. Then she explained she was going to call her contact at USPS. As she was put on hold for a long time, she said she would let me know by email when she has more information. And a little later, she did. She could not promise me that history would not repeat itself that day, but provided all the information she had. And then, she explained what was going to happen to me and my order if it didn't make that day.
The way that customer call was handled made me believe that she, and Newegg behind her, has a culture where they do everything they can to make it easy on their customers. Well done, and Thank You!"

I felt embarrassed about the extra cost to Newegg for my indecisiveness and she told me " Don't worry about that. "Purchased motherboard, Intel 8th generation cpu, heat sink, and memory from Newegg on 11/14/2017 to build a new gaming PC for my son. All the items arrived early and well packaged. Assembled the gaming PC the same night and made my son the envy of his friends. I visit Newegg website daily, just because I am a computer geek, and noticed a price drop on the memory. Contacted Newegg the next morning and requested for a price adjustment. Chatted with Nicole L. and she went out of her way to make an exception even though the purchase was over 14 days. "In the last two weeks I've made several purchases and have had to call Newegg customer service. On two occasions I spoke to a gentleman named Drew M. Garcia. He listened to my issues and resolved most of them immediately. When an order had not been invoiced, and the system would not allow him to help me that moment, he left a note to himself to make the adjustment the next day. On another order he was able to edit an RMA so that I would not get a replacement for an item that I re-ordered on my own. "My credit card flagged my order as fraud. I had to resubmit payment for my order, but due to parts coming from different warehouses my purchase was separated into multiple orders. I verified one of the orders, but was confused later when the other order was cancelled. Ronnie was very helpful in explaining the situation, and helping me to reorder the parts. I put 4 instead of 5 stars because the newegg system felt clunky-having to deal with multiple orders when everything was purchased at the same time, and the inability to give me the deals I had originally purchased as the situation was resolved-leaves room for improvement."
"It's always nice when customer service helps you with what you need. I wanted to cancel an order but there was no button that allowed me to like my other orders. Thus I went to Newegg and had a chat with Apple H who helped me cancel my order. There was a bit of a wait with customer service but if you're patient and have the time it can be worth it."
