"I ordered a 27" monitor with an excellent price for Black Friday from NewEgg and had it shipped through FedEx. I paid the extra $5.00 to have it in 3-5 days. I was very excited to get it, the only issue was that FedEx lost my monitor. Long story short I spent 3 hours of my Sunday (4 days after the intended delivery date) driving to drop off locations that FedEx emailed me my package would be at as well as time being on the phone trying to get help from FedEx to no avail. They were difficult to talk to and couldn't track my package while sending me to a different person to talk to and putting me back on hold. I finally called NewEgg to cancel my order out of principle at this point, and unlike FedEx instead of putting me on hold they had a customer service representative call me when I was next on the call list an hour or two later(I love this thank you for valuing my time!!!!). Justin P. Macias-Autran was the highlight of my morning. He called me an hour and twenty minutes later and was kind helpful and came up with solution to cancel my order and have it shipped back. He also set up a note in my customer profile to not use FedEx ever again( I didn't know that was an option oops!!!!) . After spending half my morning on the phone with FedEx I was able to laugh about the frustrations and solve my situation with the help of Justin next time I'm going to go straight to NewEgg. "
"I ordered the wrong Xeon cpu and didn’t realize it until I cracked the box seal. Well the cpu is none refundable and I opened the box! Bone head move I know. But Caroline C was able to get me a refund RMA for the Xeon so I can return it, get store credit, and order the right one! Are you kidding me? That there is customer service!!!"

"I had purchased an item that came bundled and was labeled non returnable. The item was physically damaged but worked and I wanted to return it. I contacted Newegg customer support and talked to Ruby L who went above and beyond to see if it was possible to return this damaged item, she was able to do so. This is very nice for her and Newegg to do as it was something they did not have to do. Now this might not be everyone's experience but I have built may computers from Newegg and I am sure this is something they would do for anyone who is a loyal customer. "

He knew what to do Immediately after I told him that I had a dead pixel and even related his own hardships of having to go through the RMA process with his own purchases.
