"I waited until Cyber Monday do get the best Laptop deal. On Friday I received an email stating that my order was cancelled and I would have to re-order. They would not honor the sales price I received. Wait time to call someone was 1 hr 45 mintues. It was an hour wait to talk to someone over the "live" chat but I waited. They basically said the same thing as the email, that I was out of luck and that they would not honor the price. Now the laptop is listed for $120 more than I had purchased it for. Absolutely horrible customer service. I can only imagine based on the huge waiting time to reach someone that many others were caught up in similar issues."
"Been buying from NewEgg for many, many years. They were always my go to company when I build computers or repair my clients a computer. Unfortunately, shipping is becoming an issue. Free 4 to 7 business day shipping has in the past delivered in 4 to 5 days however, that appears to no longer be the case. A recent order placed on Nov 13th, scheduled to be delivered Nov 20th but was received Nov 25th. An order placed on the 27th is scheduled for delivery December 7th. Granted, I could pay for faster shipping but then the cost is no longer competitive which means I can get product faster and cheaper off Ebay or other online sites. The only time Newegg can be competitive is on their sale items.

"I know plenty of people that will buy from Newegg even when another company offers a better price (happens rarely). Newegg has the gold standard when it comes to customer service. If anything they go too far in helping. When building a rig I had an issue with something and wasn't sure if there was a problem with the CPU, MBU, or something entirely else. Newegg would have none of that and sent me a replacement for both before I even finished greeting the representative. I guess they are as determined at beastly builds as I am. O_o"
