Great Service

"Newegg had a great service and helped me out when I bought a warranty and got scammed by the company that was in control of the warranty. Newegg took care of me and got my broken part replaced and made me feel valued."

Newegg great, antonline.com not great

"Newegg has always had great service. For the first time I have had a problem with a reseller--in this case antonline. I placed orders for computer parts on Monday afternoon and all of the various parts have shipped and will be here by Saturday or the latest on Monday, with the exception of the processor that was to be from antonline.com. The newegg order site showed that the order was still in order verification mode. I emailed antonline at 7 am this morning. I then began to read their reviews with the one stars and found quite a few people had gone several days and longer with no response from antonline, some never receiving their package. I spent about an hour on line with the Newegg folks, both of whom were very helpful, and one of them called antonline to cancel the order but received no answer. He went ahead an cancelled the part for me and suggested I also call them. I got right through on phone (realized afterward that the cancellation email from Newegg had already gone been sent to antonline) and the lady said that the order had already been shipped and that they had responded my email--they had not, and that they could not cancel the order as it had shipped. I told her that I would refuse the package, then. Long story short--Newegg's service continues to be great but they should consider cutting the ties to antonline if my experience is typical. It is possible that antonline was finally processing my order but I suspect they were not, and I could not wait until next week to find out that they still did not have the part to ship. I really have the impression that antonline is either in over their head or they simply were selling parts that they could not get."

Tawnie The GREAT!

"Tawnie....What can I say ....She was one of the most helpful customer service reps that I have ever dealt with...Period.
I spoke with her during the holiday season when most retail call centers are absolutely swamped ... Tawnie was not only efficient, but she also seemed genuinely interested in resolving my issue. In a very short amount of time, she had me completely taken care of.
I have been a Newegg customer for years purchasing most of my computer build components through them. I have always received quality goods at the best prices around and Tawnie has just given me one more reason to keep coming back for more!

Francisco was fantastic

"Called in today and got to talking with Francisco. I had a lot of questions and I was already mildly disappointed due to delays. Fransisco was unbelievable, absolutely willing to answer all of my questions and carry the baton to the finish line. He didn't transfer me, every time he was unsure of something he didn't shrug it off or give a half answer, he made sure he got the right answer and I was able to get everything worked out just as I wanted. He and I built a good rapport in the 30 minutes or so we spoke because he was easy to speak with and made the experience great. I don't like to be the one to ask several questions on a customer service call because I know how annoying it can be, but he made me feel more than comfortable to lay out any question I had because he simply received them and answered them so well. I do not ever get service at this level. I know it must be ridiculously busy right now due to Cyber Monday deals and the like, so the fact that he was in such a great mood and kept up a great conversation with me while working on the issue was paramount. I hopped into the call disappointed, and left completely satisfied and happy. Even if my problem wasn't solved I would have walked away more than happy knowing that Francisco did absolutely everything he could to help. We need more people like him doing jobs like these, because it makes the experience so much smoother and generates the most valuable asset to a company: very satisfied customers. Thank you Francisco!"

KIKI IS A DOLL...

"I phoned Newegg customer support to ask about a price match and if there were any known compatibility issues with a PCI card I was interested in. I received a call a little over an hour later, and the Rep introduced herself as Kiki. Price match was not available on that item but that is not the point.

Kiki spoke about three sentences and something about her manner made me like her immediately. Can't explain how a stranger can make you like them in ten seconds, but we have all had that experience. As for the compatibility issue, Kiki cheerfully went to work calling tech support to get an answer for me. She repeatedly apologized for the time it was taking her to get my information, but the truth is I didn't care because she was so sweet I would have stayed on the phone with her until Midnight. Ultimately Kiki answered my questions and I said goodbye. It was such a positive and uplifting experience that I was actually a little sad when I hung up. Of course I purchased the card from Newegg even though it was slightly more expensive.

Thank you to Newegg for hiring people like Kiki, and thank you so much Kiki for treating me to such an uplifting experience. You are truly special.

"I just want to thank the good folks in the Newegg Customer Service Department; especially Kiki! CyberMonday has to be pretty much insane for a customer service specialist I would imagine, but Kiki was instantly friendly and most helpful in solving my issue efficiently. I will definitely be a return customer. And the prices aren't bad either!"
