Unfortunately, due to their RMA system, I will need to send all of them back. She gave me the option to order a new set, and she would refund the express shipping. This way my user can keep working, and I can just swap out the entire kit once the new one arrives, then proceed with the RMA. Works for me. Great job!!"

"I had an issue with a shipment arrival date being beyond my location date and called NewEgg to see if there was a way to expedite the receipt date post order shipment. I was helped by Juan who was knowledgeable and efficient. He reached out to the vendor and sent an e-mail inquiring if it was possible to expedite the shipment. He also investigated if there was something NewEgg could do on their end to achieve the same goal. Whether or not we were successful, I commend NewEgg for having customer support personnel like Juan. "I recently purchased an item from Newegg. When the item was received it was defective. Requested an RMA and returned the item at a cost of $57.00. Originally the order was $99.96 so, I made several attempts to contact Newegg to see if there was some other resolution or at the very least assistance with shipping. Called customer service and sat on hold for hours, needless to say never got to speak to anyone. Attempted to use the chat option on the site which of course didn't work. I've been a Newegg customer for years but if this continues I won't be doing business with them much more at all. If I had requested a refund with the cost of the shipping along with their restocking fee I basically would end up with no purchase of a refund of $27.00 from the original $99.00 spent. No I'm waiting on the RMA to be handled. Just very disappointed."

"I've had an account with NewEgg for many years. The last purchase I made from NewEgg was June 1027. It proceeded perfectly.
I've used the same CC# with NewEgg for years.
I attempted to make a purchase on Mon., Nov. 27 using the same CC I've been using for years. The purchase apparently processed correctly, but was was cancelled shortly after and my account suspended.
A call to customer service revealed "suspicious activity" according to the CS rep I spoke to, but she could not tell me any details. A request to speak to the security dept. was deflected/refused, leaving me with no answers as to what the supposed problem may be with the card.
Hours of calls to the CC issuing bank reveal absolutely NO questionable activity, and the same card continues to work perfectly with Amazon, paying cell phone bills, paying PayPal charges and any number of other online vendors.
If NewEgg is going to refuse to honor a legitimate CC, at least have the decency and common courtesy to be willing to speak to the card holder about what the supposed issue may be. The lack of transparency and poor communication is inexcusable. NewEgg fail.
