"After my experience with newegg the past 2 days, I have to say I greatly appreciate people like Arman A Avakian. He helped correct an error that was initially caused by a chat representitive, by the name Christine H. Christine asked if I would like to keep my order after some of my questions were answered pretaining to the order, and I responded with, "yes plz." She then continued to cancel the order after I said nothing about canceling. I was then told I'd have to wait 4-5 business days for the money to appear back on the card, meaning I would miss all cyber monday deals. After I expressed my frustration, she stated that she would give me a $25 gift card (which I never receieved) and that she would contact the bank right now to fix the issue (which she didn't). I then lost connection with her and she left a note for someone else to call, not herself. I then contacted them again and was told I would have to have someone call the next day, and then when I contacted them the next day, after waiting in an hour long que, I was told I would have to be placed in another hour and half long wait on the phone. This is when I received a call from Arman A Avakian, who fixed everything and made me put my trust back into Newegg. He was able to get my funds released and I was able to spend all that money on Upgrades! People like him are the reason I choose newegg for all my component needs, and I have built 4+ gaming computers through newegg."

So I called Newegg's support line and talked to RJ. He called FedEx and was told they were in transit and not there at the facility.
