I called when the lines opened ( this is Cyber Monday) and we found that the issue still remained without a stated reason. With KeeKee's help we found that part of my address being changed (per order suggestion) was not a good idea. All was fixed and my item, though now sold out, was still available for me!"
"I am now officially done ordering anything from Newegg. Last year around Black Friday I ordered a laser printer and that experience was completely messed up which they blamed on the seller. Now this year I ordered a PC in early November based on one of their shotgunned email "hot deals" or whatever they call them and now they've undercut their own deal price by $200 for Cyber Monday and won't make it right with the customer on pricing. Here's a tip for Newegg....when you spam people's email with supposed 'deals' everyday and then offer real deals soon after and won't honor the lower price you create mistrust with your customer and don't expect them to remain a customer for long! I no longer believe any of the supposed spam email deals and based on this poor experience will no longer order any items from Newegg. Apparently Newegg would rather their customers return the product at everyone's additional expense and re-purchase at the lower price. Well, if I'm going to the effort of returning the product I will not buy it again from Newegg, no matter what the price."
