Right from the get go she gave off a vibe that they could be solved, without saying so in that cliche way that Cust. Service Reps usually do. She was both personable and efficient in her ability to nail down and resolve my issue. Honestly one of the highlights of 2017 Black Friday/Cyber Monday shopping for me. In a situation that could have become somewhat stressful, Dani was able to diffuse it before it was even lit. This is the quality of service that makes it worthy to comeback to Newegg everytime to shop. I will definitely be returning for my semi annual shopping. I attempted to purchase a Garmin 2589 LMT during its Black Friday steal and encountered issues with my purchase while using Visa Checkout. "Usually with online chats it takes quite a bit for a response and the conversation can go back and forth for some time due to high volume of calls/'chats' the agent is handling at one point.
But in my experience with newegg.ca/ Tara L., she was quick with her replies, and I felt a genuine care to resolve my concern. As a first time purchases on Newegg, this will definitely encourage me to continue with future purchases.
