"I recently purchased a refurbished video card from Newegg. After getting the rest of the parts for my computer and assembling it, I soon discovered it was not functioning correctly and crashing when I tried to run videogames. After some troubleshooting, I verified that the problem was the graphics card. I contacted Newegg and they refused to refund my purchase because it was outside of their 30 day return policy period.
I did not receive the product I paid for (a functioning graphics card) and yet they refuse to allow me to return the product. Terrible customer service and policies. I am now out $180 and I plan on warning everyone away from using Newegg. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend."

"My bank (Bank United) told me i could not use my debit card at Newegg... so I closed my account. I have been shopping at Newegg for several years and spent in the tens of thousands of dollars with them.In all that time and money I haven't had a single issue. Sure I have received some defective items, but really that is unavoidable. The difference with Newegg is not there competitive prices (most of the time the cheapest). No what sets them apart is that is that they bend over backwards to make it right when things go wrong. They will do anything within reason( and sometimes the unreasonable) to make you happy and to have the best online shopping experience possible. Newegg's customer service is on par with Costco or Nordstrom. Every customer service rep I have spoken to has fully understood what problem/question I had, and resolved/answered it the 1st time. Thats right folks. THE FIRST TIME. So yeah when my bank made me choose between her or Newegg, I chose Newegg.
Trust me people sign up for the Premier membership (free 2 day shipping, Price match, etc) and rest easy knowing you will be treated like a king.

"Regina T. was a huge help, I had purchased a LE sapphire GPU on back order. Well the limit in "limted" was reached as they didn't get anymore of the GPU. Because no more were made. So, I thought I was just screwed, but I emailed newegg support and Regina T. was my helper through the process. Newegg had sent me two other brands of the GPU I could choose from at the same price I payed. Me being a sapphire fan, I asked if I could get the normal edition at the price it was on sale for previously. She accepted my request, but it was also sold out so I would have to wait between 2-4 weeks. Without me asking, she went out of her way to find the sapphire one I wanted from the newegg warehouse (not even listed on the website anymore) (It was the "LAST" last one). She contacted the warehouse manager personally and then personally contacted me and sold it to me WITH the discount all in the one morning. Needless to say it made my day, Literally best experience I've ever had with a online retailer, Thank you Regina. I would highly recommend the customer service from this experience and another of which I got a damaged shipping box with a motherboard in it, which was replaced free of charge. I also received the wrong item one time, which they also fixed free of charge. I have shopped at New Egg a lot and I can safely say outside of the prices no one can beat their service for this type of products."

" A few years ago I ordered a Netgear refurbished WiFi router from them. It lasted a few years and then went kaput. I then ordered another from Newegg---That one lasted less than three months. Newegg referred me to the seller. When I tried to get a replacement from the seller they said that I would have to pay a fee of more than $150.00 to fix it---plus pay postage to/from them. After going around and around with them (and Newegg--who kept referring me to their policy), I decided to take the hit. As a consequence, my wife has not been able to use her laptop for over a year---and I have not heard the last of it. Recently I decided to give Newegg a try again. I do not know what possessed me (guess I am too nice a guy)! I ordered a set of replacement cartridges for my Brother laser printer. I got them a couple days ago---loaded them in the printer---and the printer said I needed a new magenta cartridge. I took the magenta out and reloaded it three times--and it still is saying that. I contacted Newegg--and, of course, they referred me to the seller. I tried calling the seller 3 times. A recording kept telling me to call back during business hours even though I was calling at different times of day. They do not say what TIME ZONE they are located in---your guess is as good as mine! I finally left them a voice message---they have not returned the call.
I just got through an on-line chat with Newegg. They said they would contact the seller and get me a refund. We will see. If they want the cartridges back---they will have to pay the postage. If they do not want to do that--I will again, take the hit---and NEVER ORDER FROM NEWEGG AGAIN. They are NO AMAZON. I have ordered another set of cartridges from Amazon, and have confidence that if I have problems with them---the will promptly make it good. I would Love to see them buy Newegg and teach them about good customer relations. I have gotten dozens of things from Amazon. I only had a few problems. They promptly fixed the problems without me having to hassle with the sub. If I needed to send the item back---they have the package carrier come to my door with a pre-addressed, prepaid label for the package. No fuss, no muss. If you need something--try them first before you go to Newegg. You might save yourself a lot of trouble."
